Job Description
This Supply Planning lead position is responsible for all aspects of supply chain execution and planning for the EC Business.
Your role:Defining the Vision & Driving Strategy for Supply Planning and ExecutionAct as the lead role over the EC supply plannersSupports operational materials management (OMM) activities and team for the category.Work together and actively drives the supply side of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process providing the supply status, reviewing the demand outlook, and helping to create the S&OP recommendation that is reviewed and approved by the Business.Collaborate with the team to deploy supply and production and material plans aligned with Business S&OP process.Drives continuous improvement activities in the areas of planning working closely with ISC colleagues.Oversees product transitions (ramp-up and ramp-downs), product exceptions, and critical product recovery issues.Manages deviations to ensure clear communication, rapid execution, and timely resolution.Responsible for defined set of performance metrics as part of daily management cadence (e.g., inventory, delivery)Driving and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellenceManaging the Supply Planning function and processes.Oversea Physical Network Planning with Logistics & InventorySetting Policies around Service Level Strategies with the BusinessActively manage relationships with ISC Sites& Other regional distribution centers & planning teamsMonitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate.Close involvement with Product Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/PLCSubmitting the monthly Supply PlanChairing the S&OP Supply Review Meetings You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . Bachelor's or master's Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent. MBA nice to have.Minimum 10+ years of experience in Supply, Production Planning, Materials Management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area. With 3+ years in supply planning requiredSupply Planning experience, preferably within an environment recognized for S&OP maturity.Demonstrated capability to influence global teams.Ability to work in a large organization with complex and changing boundaries as well as external regulatory constraints.Knowledge and familiarity with industry practices in the areas of Planning and Supply ChainDemonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.Program management experienceExperience with SAP ERP systemsExcellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.Six Sigma Green Belt minimum.Six Sigma Lean Certification is preferred.About Philips

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $112,112 to $192.192, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
