　　Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Maintenance to contribute to the growth and efficient operation of the Spokane Carbon Operations manufacturing plant. As the site and team grow, this position serves as a focal to provide crucial feedback regarding equipment and process improvements. This position is a key member of the site leadership team. We are seeking a creative, highly motivated, technically talented individual, who desires to lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment to support our organization. You will provide the highest level of Customer Service. We value your skill sets, ideas and ability to problem solve. You will have effective communication and collaboration with Operations team members is critical to the department’s success.

　　*The position is Onsite in Spokane, WA.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Providing leadership and direction to a team of highly skilled Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians

　　This position will oversee a team of eight (8) direct reports, which include two (2) teams leads with six (6) direct reports each

　　Ensure timely completion of planned maintenance activities; managing equipment downtime to meet operational needs

　　Lead employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts

　　Develop a skilled and efficient team that is responsive to production requirements and changes

　　Develop and manage maintenance projects to improve equipment and process reliability

　　Qualifications/Experience Needed:

　　Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

　　Minimum 2 years of Supervisor/Manager experience

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

　　Experience managing skilled labor employees

　　Experience in the process chemical manufacturing industry

　　Six Sigma, Lean or demonstrated experience with continuous process improvement

　　Experience with predictive maintenance best practices and industrial instrumentation calibration

　　The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
