　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Work with the product and designer and make sure we are delivering a high-quality product that provides value to our customers

　　Create a top notch SaaS and On-Prem application for Data Engineers and Data Managers which monitors data reliability issues in their data pipelines

　　Lead the design and architecture of a scalable write-intensive system that monitors cutting edge big data technologies

　　Develop our cutting-edge automatic Alerting & Notification mechanism that detects data issues in realtime and collaborate with different stakeholders.

　　Drive impact directly on Databand business by workin and collaborating with your team, managers and peers to in a stream-aligned team that is driven by business impact with clear business KPIs

　　Maintain an awesome engineering culture that emphasizes achieving business goals in a cutting edge technologies environment

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Strong experience in backend engineering, working on SaaS production systems.

　　Leadership skills - ability to understand a very high level goal, extract it into a technical project and execute it while inspiring the other team members.

　　Business orientation - understanding the value of the features you are working on and take the right technological decisions to achieve the value.

　　Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages.

　　Experience with designing and implementing a microservices architecture system including different communication patterns such as REST API and event-driven messages.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience in working on a SaaS application with high industry standard CI\CD, and development cycle processes

　　Experience with massive SQL DBs and dealing with hard performance issues
