About Senior Sales Operations Specialist

  Description:

  This position will support the Commercial leadership team to compliantly develop and implement commercial strategies of product launches and ongoing business operations. This individual will report to the Director, Sales & Marketing Operations and will work closely with Specialty Marketing, Managed Markets, Compliance and Sales Training to support marketing and sample strategy for the field force. The position requires strong project management skills, handling multiple workstreams in parallel. Working knowledge of Veeva CRM as well as PromoMats systems a plus but not required. The ideal candidate must demonstrate personal accountability for delivering effective, compliant solutions, high quality service, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet business partner expectations while proactively addressing and resolving issues that may arise.

  Essential Functions:

  Sampling and Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse vendor(s) and oversee inventory management of marketing materials and product samples; Oversee and manage of sample accountability program and field engagement activities such as transactional reviews, sample monitoring programs including process, schedule, communications, tracking and documentation; Lead compliance and operational support to sampling program; Drive random and for cause audits, signature verification audits, FDA & State Reporting and field sampling noncompliance remediation and training; Continuously improve and automate procedures for efficiencies; Develop engaging field communications and training programs

  Sales Operations: Set up new field hires in appropriate vendor systems and work closely with training department to ensure new hire process is executed in timely and efficient manner; Train new hires on operational systems and business policies; Assist in execution of all MSA, SOW and other required documents so Operations team can execute; Provide logistical support and administration to the field sales; respond to field inquiries; Support Fleet Operations and CRM duties as needed

  HCP Events Management: Work with brand team to coordinate regional conferences, tradeshows, and national congresses; Partner with Compliance team to ensure adherence to relevant policies, appropriate handling of any exceptions, and accurate reporting of transparency data

  General Marketing / Commercial Support: Serve as primary point of contact and process owner for any internal or external audits of systems or Marketing Operations processes; Participate as a core member of Operations team and support ad-hoc projects as necessary
