Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, performs and monitors daily project protocols.
Collects, prepares and maintains required research documentation, including informed consent records, case records, clinical notes and medical reports.
Reports and assists with the management of protocol deviations, adverse events and other project-related issues.
Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the lab.
Orders and purchases supplies as directed from the supervisors.
Gathers information on new equipment necessary in the lab and recommends purchases.

Education:
High School Diploma Required.
Associate's degree in laboratory science field may offset one year of the experience requirement.
Bachelor's degree may offset two years of the experience requirement.
Master's may offset three years of the work experience requirement.
Certifications:

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience:
Minimum of four years of experience in a research or related laboratory environment.Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to distinguish color
Manual dexterity to handle specimens and repair equipment
Ability to lift and transport equipment or specimens weighing up to 20 pounds

Minimum hourly: $20.77
Maximum hourly: $31.68
