  Schwab Advisor Services, the leading provider of custodial, operational and trading support for independent fee-based Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) is looking for a seasoned financial services sales executive to join its Enterprise Business Development Team. Your experience and commitment can help make it possible for us to offer a depth and breadth of services supported by leading technology and experienced, dedicated people to help our advisor clients profitably grow, compete and succeed in their business efforts.

  What you have

  A minimum of 10 years financial services experience and 3 years of B2B sales/consulting experience in the financial services industry is required.Demonstrated consultative sales ability managing complicated B2B relationshipsStrong interpersonal skills and comfort with navigating across large organizations on behalf of clients.Strong client focus and a track record of exceeding client expectations.Must have substantial knowledge of the RIA Industry, including competitors' offerings, service structure, and business development approach.Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience.Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
