Key Responsibilities
Manage dsm-firmenich long term business development for all the categories in Taste with a major key global account (Nestle) in North America. Lead and manage the account on a regional level to grow sales and profitability according to the set global and regional objectives, by maintaining dsm-firmenich as the clients’ key partner and building a strong vitality project pipeline with a mindset to winning projects and selling profitable flavour and ingredient solutions and other products in the portfolio. Contributes to the global strategy of Nestle as articulated from the TTH Global Lead for the Nestle Account and continues to support and sustain the ways of working and governance as well as highlighting possible risks and opportunities.
Provides category leadership on sales activities. Ensures global consistency.
Leads the business strategy and growth for North America and coordinates the local account manager activities in the region.
Manage customer projects, in close collaboration with the BU teams and support functions from both Taste and Ingredient Solutions within Taste, Texture and Health.
Work collaboratively with our HNC colleagues as Nestle is a key client for both TTH and HNC.
Constantly seeks new business opportunities along the entire value chain, including disruptive innovation ideas.
Drives Taste, Texture and Health development projects together with all internal partners proactively.
You bring:
10 years of successful experience in the international Food industry Food industry technical knowledge will be an advantage.
Ability to develop successful client relationship with large accounts.
Advanced Sales and Negotiation skills
Thorough business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a sound ability to deal with ambiguity.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills, with a thorough team player mindset
Fluent in English
