Description

　　We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead a large-scale Honda web and app interaction analytics program. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in managing projects related to web and app tagging, cookie management, and analytics. The multi-year contract engagement will involve SAFe delivery throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on Adobe Analytics and OneTrust technologies.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Establish and implement project management processes for timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

　　Direct and monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, and perform quality reviews.

　　Track key project milestones, adjusting plans and resources as needed.

　　Coordinate communication across the enterprise to manage scope, budget, risk, and resources.

　　Manage cross-functional projects of high complexity, assessing project status and managing changes.

　　Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.

　　Be a core resource in the Marketing Technology unit, growing Honda knowledge and building a strong understanding of digital properties.

　　Requirements

　　Must have experience with Adobe Analytics and Web Tagging.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

　　7 to 10 years of IT work experience with 5 years in project management.

　　Advanced ability to oversee large, complex, and strategic projects impacting the organization.

　　Strong experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to guide technical teams.

　　Clear communication skills, negotiation ability, and collaboration skills with diverse team members.

　　Familiarity with Agile Delivery models, technical background, and ability to innovate and multi-task.

　　Ability to perform the role of a Scrum Master.

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Automotive industry background and familiarity with Automotive Product data taxonomy.

　　Experience delivering consumer-facing websites or digital platforms with complex data transactions.

　　Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools for managing project artifacts.

　　Technical experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch Tag Management System, OneTrust cookie privacy tool, Salesforce Interactive Studio, JavaScript, jQuery, and ObservePoint tools.

　　Experience with e-commerce websites, Sitecore 10.0, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

　　Working knowledge of deploying and debugging web analytics code and third-party tags.

　　Experience in categorizing cookies, auditing and debugging Adobe Analytics and third-party tags using ObservePoint.

　　Proficient in integrating with Adobe Analytics APIs, data repair APIs, real-time events, and plugin ID.

　　Experience in audience segmentation, building data models for consumer insights research using Tableau/Power BI reporting tools.

　　Expertise in virtual report suite segmentation, comparison, and contribution analysis for web traffic trends and business decision-making.
