  The Senior Project Manager, ePMO plays a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within MVH. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors. They will be responsible for driving project success, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ePMO projects in a hybrid delivery environment of Agile and Waterfall.

  Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Project Execution: Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Resource Management: Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure availability and utilization of resources.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, and technical teams. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues, and manage stakeholder expectations.Risk Management: Identify, address, and proactively mitigate project risks. Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions. Monitor and escalate issues as necessary.Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.Change Management: Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget. Manage change requests, communicate changes to stakeholders, and implement adjustments while minimizing disruptions.Document and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and RAID logs. Prepare comprehensive project reports for stakeholders and senior management.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in project management practices. Gather lessons learned from completed projects and apply them to enhance future project outcomes.

The Senior project manager operates in a dynamic environment, leading teams to successfully deliver key projects within the business unit while managing a range of stakeholders and resources. The role is essential in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are key to their success.

  Education & Professional Experience:

  Required:

  Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Project Management, Digital technology or related field.7+ years Project experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

  Preferred:

  Certifications: Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.Project Management Skills: Experience working in a hybrid project delivery environment (Agile and Waterfall). Solidknowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of project management systems and infrastructure.Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.Communication Skills: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project issues and risks effectively. Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Risk Management: Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Experience in developing risk management strategies and contingency plans.Adaptability and Agility: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and technologies. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  Compensation Range: $100,531 - $150,797
