　　Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　In this role, you will help organize, track, and prioritize the activities of the Device Services team. Ranging from product launches, developing business requirements with IT partners, collaboration with internal stakeholders, product testing, incident management, and tracking. The scope of this role covers all aspects of the Device Services team including insurance, trade, and device financing.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Create roadmaps and operational workflows for consumer products that tie together customer experience with IT development workTrack all open initiatives and develop detailed project plans for eachManage backlog for each productDevelops project schedules that identify key phases, activities, and deliverablesIdentifies and communicates project dependenciesTrack and manage all incidents for device services products Escalate resource needs based on project scope and schedule performanceDevelops project reports that highlight recent accomplishments, project timeline, and escalated risks/issues with appropriate action plansSkills, Experience and Requirements

　　A successful Senior Project Manager will have:BS/BA in business administration, finance, accounting, computer science, or other relevant field10+ years in a project or delivery management roleHistory of successful implementations and managing operational initiativesAbility to establish trust and rapport with team members and business partnersHighly developed oral and written communication skillsAbility to create executive-level presentations summarizing the status of projectsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in device financing, insurance, or trade-in industries a plusSalary Range
