Position Summary
The ideal candidate will manage cross functional project strategy and objectives. This effort includes attending senior leader project workgroup and strategy sessions, working closely with the project manager to ensure initiative deliverables are being met, creating mitigation strategies for initiative risks and issues, and communicating project status in a clear and effective manner. The candidate will provide input on business needs that support the achievement of business goals. Comfortable with group presentation and facilitation across multiple audiences and presentations to senior leadership.
• Performs data collection, analytical research and root cause analysis.
• 1-3 years Experience working on projects or enhancements including testing and business requirements
• Excellent communication skills including clear and concise written communications.
• The ability to multi-task and handle rotational assignments to achieve deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, apply sound decision making for financial transactions
Required Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in a collaborative role
• 5-8 years of data analysis, reporting and reconciliations in health care or a relatable field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across matrix partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to various audiences including technical, business and leadership
• A natural leader who leads by example
• Collaborative problem solver who uses facts and data to drive change
• Self-starter comfortable jumping in where needed to support the broader team
• Adaptable and flexible in response to business priorities
• Adept in Microsoft Power Point, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
• Prior experience with project management and methodologies - Waterfall & Agile
• Prior experience with training and cross training initiatives
• Experience with continuous improvement ideation and execution
• Industry experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree preferred
Education
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $146,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
