One day a week of hybrid flexibility (is negotiable). Expected to be in office (can sit out of multiple offices in the Greater Philadelphia region). Depending on experience expect salary to be $110k - 140k.

　　Our client is seeking a consultant to hit the ground running with their years of experience in a similar role.

　　Looking to be the 'go to person' to help run the office/ projects they have.

　　'Air Traffic Controller' helping the projects and office run smoothly.

　　Will be responsible for managing projects, timelines, and making sure work gets delegated and completed.

　　Work with other CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget.

　　Many of their projects are being done in Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties.

　　Skills:

　　Project management, Engineering, AutoCAD, land developmentQualifications:

　　A minimum of an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Design, or a related field.

　　Must understand terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes.

　　Civil land development, Residential, commercial, industrial and must be comfortable with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

　　Must be okay with mentoring others, leading a team, interacting with clients, and developing the surrounding engineers

　　Project Management experience

　　8+ years of experience required, PE not required but a plus
