　　Are you interested in advancing your career with our client whose mission is to enhance aviation safety? Our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join their team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure projects are planned thoroughly and executed with appropriate urgency, delivering results within agreed budgets and timelines. If you have at least 5 years of experience managing Mid to Highly complex projects then this is the role for you.

　　Responsibilities

　　As a Senior Project Manager, Job Duties include:

　　Lead and manage multiple project teams. Develop and execute resource plans, staff the project team, track the progress of tasks, and manage the budget, scope, and schedule Responsible for estimating, measuring, forecasting, status reporting, managing risks, supporting transition, and project closure.

　　Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage scope, requirements, and organizational change management required to adopt processes and technology delivered by the project.

　　Track, measure, and communicate the timeline progress, critical milestones, and overall deliverables to project stakeholders.

　　Adapt project plans based on risk mitigation plans and issues that arise during execution.

　　Skills:

　　5+ years of professional experience as an IT project manager working on medium/large-scale software development projects.

　　Advanced experience with all areas of project management – planning, RFPs, understanding ROIs, resource management, developing project plans, managing risks/issues, changes, budget, schedule, and vendors.

　　Demonstrated ability with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

　　Experience with organizational change management methodologies.

　　Familiarity with portfolio and project management processes and tools.
