Senior Project Coordinator - Hybrid in Madison, WI

　　Working as part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), the Project Coordinator (PC) will work closely with the Digital workstream to facilitate & coordinate the update/creation of 1000s of digital assets. Candidates must have experience or aptitude & willingness to embrace working in Lean/agile/scrum environment. They will partner with the workstream lead to champion the agile way of working, ensure work is flowing at the desired cadence, escalate risks/issues, manage the project plan & daily stand-up Kanban board.Manage versioning and workflow across 100's of concurrent digital assets being owned by 10-15+ team membersHolds team members accountable to deadlinesAble to identify issues and able to effectively escalate if/when work is at riskDevelop Transformation program calendar & schedule meetings; maintains meeting agendas, notes and decisionsAble to maintain order across multipleSkillsets / Abilities / ExperienceMust have a strong ability in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPointMust have strong background in document sharing/collaboration toolsets using MS Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint for filesharingHighly organized and detailed orientedDriven and self-motivatedExperience in working with agile conceptsProject management experience is requiredNice to have: Portfolio management background & working with a PPM toolsetBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
