JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Purpose:To provide oversight, schedulecoordination, management guidance, and technical expertise for allproject controls and reporting aspects between M. J. Electric, LLC. andAmerican Transmission Company (ATC). Essential Responsibilities *Workclosely with customer to ensure seamless communication for the planningand construction controls aspects of ATC Alliance electrical utilityprojects *Delegate activities and responsibilities while ensuringappropriate levels and assignments of accountability are defined andunderstood among the dedicated ATC Controls team *Lead and develop theATC Controls team with the understanding of Primavera P6 scheduling andcritical path method of construction schedule activities and sequence todevelop and update internal and external schedule tracking *Workclosely with project management to understand project scope, costbudget, timeline, and assumptions to effectively build the baselineschedule and incorporate updates with minimal additional operationalinput *Work with ATC and project management to develop resource loadedconstruction schedules using critical path method in Primavera P6*Familiarity with the Defense Contract Management Agency\'s 14-pointschedule quality assessment check *Monitor cost/schedule performancethrough monthly progress updates and detailed variance analysis. Analyzeimpacts of variances and establish corrective actions as needed.*Oversee all ATC reporting and audit deliverables *Support thedevelopment and implementation of common systems and processes toprovide for proper accounting, reporting of project costs, customerbilling, scheduling, material procurement, record keeping, documentationand budgeting for ATC Alliance projects *Stay current on constructionmanagement trends and ensure Project Management personnel are informedof significant changes *Travel to jobsites may be necessary forcoordination with project teams and customer Knowledge \| Skills \|Abilities *Must possess extensive knowledge in Primavera P6 schedulingsoftware *Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills*Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs *Ability toprovide oversight to numerous projects throughout the ATC Allianceportfolio *Must possess extensive comprehension and expertise offinancial and productivity accounting terminology and tracking methods,KPI\'s and Earned Value. *Must be familiar with JD Edwards, EcoSys,ProCore *Capable of delegating activities, responsibilities, andauthorities, ensuring appropriate levels and assignments ofaccountability are defined and...
