To do this, we have to find scalable ways to identify and offer meltable and perishable selection to Amazon customers.Core Consumables Grocery is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our team at the forefront of this vision; to grow our suite of fulfillment solutions and optimize our cold chain logistics program to support the uninterrupted onboarding and fulfillment of meltable/perishable items (e.g. chocolate, gummy vitamins).This role will own the internal and external communication strategy, adoption strategy, and continuous improvements of this strategic supply chain program. The Sr. Program Manager will develop and report on business metrics that enable the program goals, work cross functionally with vendor management, finance, operations, business development and cross-category stakeholders, and develop automation mechanisms to drive scalability.Key job responsibilities- Operate autonomously to build, develop and manage the communication and adoption strategy of the meltable roadmap.- Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals.- Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives.- Partner closely with vendor managers, instock, direct fulfillment and other program/product managers, operations and engineering to deliver on your roadmap.- Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners.- Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer experience, vendor experience, and business value.- Implement mechanisms to drive efficiency and automation of internal processesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USA- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
