Eaton’s Information Technology division is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Infrastructure Edge Delivery. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC; Beachwood, OH; Moon TWP, PA; Menomonee Falls, WI, Houston, TX or Galesburg, MI.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,075 - $176,110 a year.

What you’ll do:
The Infrastructure Edge Service organization has an exciting Program Management position available. This role is responsible for managing the Network and Site Infrastructure programs for various Infrastructure technology projects focused on Network technologies as well as projects involving the buildout, expansion, and closure of Eaton facilities. The Program manager will partner with business and BRM stakeholders to identify and organize the project demand while incorporating applicable Agile concepts and tools. The Edge Program Manager will strategically guide project managers to ensure they are working toward the program's objectives. executing projects across the globe with remote resources and ensuring business objectives are met. This role is critical to ensuring that Eaton's IT Infrastructure is kept up to date in order to support Eaton's Digital Transformation objectives while enabling continued business growth.
The Edge Services Program Manager will be responsible to:
• Mentor other project managers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Leverage Eaton’s bi-modal (Agile and PMBOK) management process to ensure business objectives are met.
• Work with Product Owners to ensure accurate pricing estimates and financial planning for all projects
• Where appropriate, be part of a Scrum team – Serve the team through the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and deliver value
• Work with Resource Managers to staff projects.
• Define and communicate roles for project managers members (functional-technical).
• Establish program budget, track spend and communicate current and project burn rates.
• Work with project managers and technical resources to develop project plans, detailing work breakdown structure / feature map and critical path to value delivery.
• Develop the project plan with direct input from stakeholders that details the work break down structure, critical path, resources, and effort. Ensure stakeholders are committed to the plan
• Establish program budget; capital hardware, software, and labor; expense labor and non-labor
• Develop communication strategies with key stakeholders
• Manage employee, contractor, and supplier deliverables
• Manage the project budget; track effort and green dollar spend; correlate actuals and forecast to the plan (burn rate)
• Lead communications with key stakeholders. Monitor and report on schedule and budget variances. Ensure all communications related to implementation are completed
• Document and drive issues through resolution; escalate to customer, supplier, and Eaton management as necessary
• Ensure sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholders
• Ensure smooth transition to support and that the CMDB is updated
• Ensure learning, use and value have been satisfied with all pertinent stakeholders, review missed estimates with resource managers
• Ensure effective financial management across programs
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 7 years of Project Management work experience
Minimum 3 years of Program Manager experience
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of Program Manager experience
PMP certification required OR Agile certified (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager)
Experience with IT Infrastructure products
Experience with integration and impact points of involved systems for a division and/or region or function
Experience with Jira
Skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to create executive presentations on program status
