　　Yotpo is looking for a Senior Product Manager within the Loyalty business line Product team.

　　As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Yotpo’s market-leading Loyalty solution’s vision, strategy, and roadmap to accelerate its growth. You will have a major stake in the direction of Yotpo’s flagship product and driving its development and success. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious company and make a significant impact in the world of e-commerce marketing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, to deliver exceptional products and features that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market differentiation. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Own a strategic domain and drive the strategic direction of Yotpo’s flagship product, aligning it with the company’s overall vision and objectives. End-to-End Domain Ownership: Define the product domain’s roadmap from ideation to development and launch, ensuring that product development and execution align with business goals and customer needs. Prioritization and Milestones: Continuously assess business needs, establish priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities and risks. Data-driven decision-making: Utilize customer usage data, interviews, market research, UX insights, and adoption metrics to identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and business teams, as well as other product leaders within Yotpo, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration within the broader Yotpo Platform. Qualifications: Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of product management experience in a technology-focused company. Scaling Experience: Experience with products serving a large customer base, collaborating effectively with other product groups. Extensive experience driving both UX-intensive projects and projects that involve technical integrations An independent, highly focused, and self-motivated worker  Experience in defining metrics and using data to tackle product & business challenges Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
