　　The Role

　　We are looking for a Procurement Process Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This individual will be an integral part of the Procurement team. This is a great opportunity that will allow for career growth as the Company continues to expand! The Procurement Process Support Specialist will support the achievement of the Procurement team objectives and contribute to the planning of the unit's objectives and will advise and support stakeholders throughout the full procurement process.

　　Your day-to-day

　　Process Non-Disclosure Agreements for new vendors and for RFx participants.

　　Provides support on RFx process by working with the requestor to develop the RFx.

　　Review, approve and process New Vendor Add requests.

　　Works with vendors to ensure the accuracy of their data within the Vendor Add process.

　　Certifies the authenticity of Vendor banking information.

　　Run reports on renewals and publish to stakeholders.

　　Review documents in the Contract Database for accuracy.

　　Update Procurement and Finance policies and webpages.

　　Create and maintain a catalog of existing vendors by department.

　　Run quarterly financial spend analysis by department.

　　Provide guidance to requestors on policy and process information.

　　Support internal requestors with questions regarding agreements and renewals.

　　Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements.

　　Creates purchase requisitions and purchase orders and monitors the approval process.

　　Helps to maintain and train others on the Vendor contract management software.

　　What you bring to the team

　　Proven success in procurement

　　Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related discipline preferred

　　Strong relationship and customer service skills

　　Experience communicating and working with vendors.

　　Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate and provide recommendations.

　　Thrives in a work environment that is fast paced, dynamic and constantly changing.

　　Highly organized and detailed, with strong multi-tasking skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication ability,

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics 365, JIRA, and Agiloft software a plus.
