  Job Description

  The GEN AI services team is looking for a product manager who can take a key role in defining the next generation of AI services for OCI. You will be the product leader defining the product vision, strategy and go-to-market, working with our customers to understand their vision and requirements. You will partner closely with our engineering, data science, research, UX, field & marketing to build a product that customers need and love.

  A successful candidate will bring a passion for innovative products, strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with both customers and internal teams.   Responsibilities

  As part of the OCI GEN AI Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing innovative AI services for our customers. Responsibilities include the following:

  Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver a product that our customers love. Identify opportunities based on innovations, drive product development with multiple teams of experts located globally.

  Develop detailed product specifications, features, integrations and use cases. Own prioritization, functional requirements, pricing and release plan.

  Lead customer, partner and sales engagements. Own use case and market vertical specific collateral and lead sales and partner training. Provide technical guidance for customer and partner teams.

  Define and analyze key engagement and quality of service metrics. Have a deep understanding of the AI market and industry trends

  Ability to work across teams in a large organization and being enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a great collaborator

  Be our product evangelist - engage directly with customers and partners, participate and present in external events and conferences, etc.

  Your Qualifications

  10+ years of relevant professional experience in program / product management

  Experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for customer-facing online products/services

  Preferred Qualifications :

  A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field, MBA preferred

  Experience with GEN AI or NLP and understanding of how to apply them to real world problems is a strong plus

  Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success

  Customer focus with experience working with enterprise customers and developers

  Proven track record of successfully releasing enterprise-level cloud services and defining new offerings from ideation, to definition, delivery, launch, and multi-generational releases.

  Excellent written and oral communication skills

  Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
