Job Summary:

　　Provides general supervision of daily pharmacy operations to include supervision of staff pharmacist, pharmacy aides, and other support staff. Compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies and provides pharmaceutical care to desired outcomes of treatment. May provide specialized service role and/or oversight of specialized Pharmacy services.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D., NYS license/registration (or eligible) and a minimum of 5 years experience (preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment) required.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. Previous supervisory experience in coordinating intravenous admixture services or similar activities.

　　Work Days:

　　Rotating.
