　　The position

　　This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Regulatory Analyst joining our AML Compliance & Licensing team. We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join us on our quest for obtaining payments licenses.

　　What this job can offer you Support the preparation and submission of payment license applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of local and international payment regulations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape. Work collaboratively across internal and external teams to set up entities, governance arrangements, and structures Contribution to risk and other related aspects Project management of the licensing process and ownership of the overall timeline What you bring Several years experience in a related role Experience in the Payments/FinTech sector Experience in regulatory affairs and payment licensing Project management skills Familiarity with EU PI/ UK API regimes Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, writes and speaks fluent English Practicals You'll report to: of Compliance & Payments Licensing Team: Op Risk Location: EMEA (preferably) Start date: As soon as possible Remote Compensation Philosophy

　　At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

　　The base salary range for this full-time position is between $31,350 USD - $105,850 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
