Job Overview
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will optimize efficiencies in the start-to-end manufacture of multiple Coffee Roasting, Processing and Packaging lines. Plans and executes activities to meet our customer product specification in a timely manner. Collaborate with site leaders to establish processes to achieve high standards of Safety, Quality, Cost Control, and high Employee Engagement.
What you will do:
Inspires team members to embrace and be accountable for personal safety.
Provides leadership and direction to shift Managers, Supervisors, Technician and over 200 hourly team ,embers
Establish direction and controls that result in efficient utilization of Production Team Members and equipment
Meets customer coffee product specifications in a timely manner
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
Discusses operation results with the Site Director & external stakeholders as needed
Creates and manages the annual production budget
Requires capacity and staff planning ability with variable and fixed expense planning expertise
Collaborates with leaders to improve strategies for production process such as cost reduction, space utilization, safety and cleanliness
Develops, sponsors and implements productivity improvements and oversees’ production quality performance and conformance
Accountable to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division leadership with authority to initiate action
Oversees process documentation
Supervises process for the development of technical and leadership skills of team members , Supervisors and shift Managers
Evaluates direct reports’ performance on a continual basis and ensures Managers complete performance reviews in a timely manner
Complies with Site policies, OSHA ergonomic standards and safety requirements for Keurig Dr Pepper as well as Federal and State regulations.
Establish a collaborate relationship with peers in all departments across Keurig Dr Pepper.

Requirements
Four-year Bachelors’ degree (Engineering) preferred and 5 years of intensive food-related manufacturing management with prior experience leading large teams
Demonstrated working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and a firm knowledge of productivity tracking
Demonstrated working knowledge of fundamentals of lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems, and Total Quality Management (TQM)
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and interdepartmentally with peer group, supervisory staff, planners, maintenance and engineering departments
Demonstrated leadership, supervisory skills and team motivational skills
Ability to positively and comfortably handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with self-motivation and focused attention to detail
Able to travel, infrequently, work in a team environment, and meet the demands of a 24/7 operation
