　　Job Title: Senior Multi-Family Reporting Analyst

　　Location: 111 E. Sego Lily Drive, STE 400, Sandy, UT 84070

　　Duties:

　　Prepare monthly distribution and contribution models. Prepare quarterly property valuation models, Real Estate Schedules, Attribution Sheets, etc. Assist and coordinate distribution from properties up to the fund monthly. Assist and coordinate monthly Capex requests from the fund down to the properties monthly. Assist the asset management team with the final property distribution and return calculation once a property is liquidated. Assist the asset management team with closing out accounts and final accounting postclosing of properties. Assist the asset management team with the quarterly valuation and Real Estate Schedules process. Assist the asset management team on loading pro forma data and other key metrics into Yardi. Work with asset management team and client solution group on development of individual property and portfolio performance dashboard. Work with Bl team to help coordinate processes in Yardi related to data transmission between properties and fund.

　　Requirements:

　　Must have Master's* degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; 2 years of experience as a Market Research Analyst or related, which must include: Experience in modeling scenarios and developing forward-looking business cases. Expertise in Excel functions and data processing, including analyzing big data using Excel, VBA, and SQL queries. Experience in building data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools. Experienced in preparing monthly and quarterly reports and effectively communicating data-driven insights.

　　*Will accept a Bachelor's + 5 years' experience in lieu of a Master's degree + 2 years' experience.
