　　Global Consulting International (GCI) is a Utah-based minority-owned, Government contracting business. We are seeking qualified applicants to support a Dept. of Homeland Security- CISA contract in a full-time contractor role.

　　Location

　　Washington, DC- On-site work may be required (Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm)

　　Responsibilities for this role are:

　　Develop and update policies, standard operating procedures, and guidance documents outlining actions plans for operational support.

　　Provide day to day support by coordinating tasks, tracking programmatic issues, supporting meetings, preparing activity reports, and developing program briefs

　　Develop tools and resources (e.g., databases, organizational charts, forms, flow charts) to assist in the tracking and reporting of workflows

　　Apply project management principles, practices, and expertise to overcome challenges, identify solutions, and provide recommendations for action.

　　Identify gaps, challenges, or inefficiencies in services or processes and conduct appropriate analyses and research to inform recommended improvements

　　Leverage Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Microsoft Project and Power BI and/or Tableau to manage tasks and inform decision-making with data visualizations.

　　Identify, distribute, and balance workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflows and skill levels.

　　Use Microsoft Project and/or Tableau to track tasks, activities, schedule, milestones, metrics, interdependencies and costs

　　Required skills, education, training, qualifications, and certifications:

　　10 years experience

　　Able to obtain DHS/CISA suitability clearance

　　Master’s degree in a relevant field of study. (Bachelor’s degree acceptable with significant relevant work experience and/or training)

　　Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power BI)

　　This is an RFP with work expected to start in April 2024. The candidate would need to have the ability to support an oral presentation Teams meeting as well as participate in a preparation call for the presentation, and would be compensated for that time.
