  Amex GBT Global Customer Marketing is seeking excellent marketing talent to join its team and support its digital transformation. Are you an effective senior marketing manager, who approaches challenges head-on, and enjoys working with a hardworking and diverse group of colleagues and clients? Have you successfully driven the digital customer marketing strategy in B2B company? Have you delivered impactful organic customer growth and revenue? Then we would love for you to join our team!

  Your responsibilities in this role

  Develop and drive the customer marketing lifecycle strategy for GBT Select Small, Medium and enterprise customers to drive organic growth globally.

  Build and deliver the digital programs roadmap to support your goals.

  Partner with GBT Select global product & commercial teams to ensure the overall strategy is grounded in customer (and competitor) insight.

  Manage a team of two campaign managers and support them in delivering your roadmap (includes campaign brief, creatives creation, deployment, timeline, and budget management).

  Develop the reporting need to measure and optimize your team performance & return on investment. Use findings in the development of future activity and program optimization based on the results. Share progress updates and key landmarks with business partners.

  Own the communication and training (change management) efforts within the organization to effectively drive adoption of the new customer marketing strategy, campaigns, and processes.

  Continuously improve systems and tools : Provide input to marketing automation systems capabilities, data needs and related process roadmaps to improve time to market campaigns.

  Your skills

  You have over 6 years of customer marketing experience , including managing the customer marketing strategy and delivering global activation, engagement, and growth campaigns management leveraging multi-channels and automation in a B2B environment, for a SaaS or enterprise software company.

  You have a proven history delivering impactful organic customer growth in a B2B company.

  You are an excellent communicator who clearly articulates messages to a variety of audiences.

  You have led and successfully managed a team of campaign managers.

  You can adapt quickly to change.

  You are data and quality driven with outstanding organizational/project management skills.

  You are fluent in English (native) with exceptional written, verbal and communication skills.

  You inspire others with a positive attitude and empathy toward the needs of customers and colleagues.

  * This role requires some set office-presence working pattern (s) based on roles, responsibilities, and team collaboration needs

  Location

  United States - Illinois - Chicago

  The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
