　　The Enterprise Client Experiences team is looking for an experienced technical leader to join the Global Tech Organization as a Senior Manager, working alongside a team of talented engineers to deliver a data strategy for our modern client experiences that associates trust to power anytime, anywhere work.

　　The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. 　　What you'll do:

　　Lead and grow a team of data engineers.

　　Develop and execute the data & telemetry strategy for Enterprise Client Experience.

　　Identify areas of opportunity in the organization and devise actionable plans to address them.

　　Work across departments and collaborate with managers, product owners, project managers, architects, and senior engineers.

　　Partner with the Program Management team to define & report on the status of deliverables.

　　What you'll bring:

　　Proven people leader who can drive change and grow their direct reports.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Proven product management experience, with demonstrated success in defining & delivering data/analytics solutions.

　　Strong familiarity with SQL & database concepts.

　　Experience leading multi-functional project teams and working cross functionally.

　　2 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
