POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr Manager of Store Planning & Design, International Licensing is responsible to manage and support international licensees and JV’s. Manage and oversee all projects and work closely with our licensing/JV partners to make deadlines and stay within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project manage all partners to keep to TH global standards
Visit stores and manufacturers to ensure timely execution adhering to quality and consistency standards
Work with VP on design and execution and establish timelines
Conduct walkthrough and develop punch lists to ensure changes are made according to timeline
Attend installations when necessary
Daily interaction with vendors/licensing partners to ensure inventories are being utilized correctly and to maintain schedule
Facilitate the installation of fixtures and visual elements for shop-in-shop program
Resource materials, prototypes and create presentations
Resource all architectural elements: lighting, flooring, carpeting, etc. and approve per TH standards
Assist the Construction team in managing outside consultants, designers, and architects as required
Communicate all construction documentation and millworker drawings to department head
Maintain library of completed projects/materials and fixture library for all markets

Pay Range:$125,000 - $140,000
