  The Core Platform within the US Card business is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to help our product teams operate as effectively as possible by building a foundation of excellence through business processes and best practices. In this role, you will manage and facilitate our local centralized intake processes to enable the frictionless flow of intent from ideation to build. You will do so in a well-managed way, in partnership with key stakeholders within Core and Card. You will create transparency into Core’s end-to-end delivery pipeline through feedback loops and self-service tools and resources. You will look for ways to improve our product operations through the development and optimization of operating rhythms and execution processes. You will regularly lead, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams and be seen as a strong consultant by business and strategy partners.

  General Responsibilities

  Facilitate and manage our local centralized intake framework, which will include integration with Card centralized intake and our local intake for all types of demand, along with a process to triage that demand based on complexity and prioritization

  Responsible for visibility and progress updates on local intent requests, decisioning of intent and deliverables.

  Project/program manage complex intent requests where additional oversight is required

  Partner with Portfolio Manager to connect local and cross platform intent to ensure:

  highest value initiatives are prioritized

  identify overlapping, duplicative and/or conflicting intent

  Clear communications of priority, delivery and progress

  Intimately understanding our products and vision with the ability to represent the voice of that vision to multiple product teams and internal stakeholder groups while taking into account the broader Card and Enterprise ecosystem

  Designing, developing, managing and leading product operations initiatives in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements and serving as a subject matter expert

  Use analytical and process management skills to identify trends and opportunities to improve product operations

  Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  At least 4 years of experience in Process management, Project management, Product operations or Product delivery

  At least 3 years of experience leading process transformations or projects

  At least 4 years experience partnering with internal business customers

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Masters Degree in Industrial engineering, Process engineering, Process management, Systems engineering, Management, Business or Business Administration (MBA)

  Process or Project Management certification (Scaled Agile, Lean, , PMP)

  6+ years of experience in Process management, Project management, Product operations or Product delivery

  5+ years of experience leading process transformations or projects

  2+ years experience in portfolio or product management

  2+ years experience in financial services and the consumer credit card industry

  2+ years experience with Jira
