　　GROUP/DIVISION SUMMARY

　　The Drug Product Division is one of the five divisions that make up the Pharma Services Group. We are made up of approximately 10 000 colleagues across several sites who specialize in taking sterile injectable and oral solid dose drug products from development to commercialization.

　　POSITION SUMMARY

　　The Senior Manager Project Manager Office directs and leads all aspects of the PMO Office to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements, provide leadership access to project portfolio health, and implements processes for outstanding project execution. Serves as a Trusted Advisor to leadership at strategic and operational levels. Coordinates teams to resolve project issues as the need arises and ensures continuity throughout the full project lifecycle. The role reports directly to the site Vice President and General Manager and is accountable for the creation and maintenance of project management governance and standards as it directly relates to the PMO.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Defines, maintains, and implements project management methodology, including processes, tools, metrics and polices to ensure efficiency, quality and business successBuild the organization to provide PM services, is accountable to make certain projects are delivered on time, meeting commercial steady state criteriaLead the organization with a customer-first demeanor and effective communicationsDesign and implement the operating cadence, including running coordination meetings, project updates, and overall oversight of projectsDrives cross-functional planning and effective execution through the development and monitoring of fully integrated, project specific timelines and budgetsEnsure projects are staffed with the right personnel with vital skills, experience, knowledge, and abilitiesForge tight partnerships with cross-functional leaders and complete activities in a productive and collaborative settingDefine and analyze metrics that form the foundation of world-class execution and ensure the success of project deliveryImplement process to pro-actively identify and resolve risks and dependencies that would prevent successful program execution

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred10+ years experience in business transformation, integration responsibilitiesCapability to function in a matrixed environment with the team and customersStrong talent management and people development skillsExecutive presence and the talent to communicate efficiently at all levels
