  Position Summary...

  What you'll do...

  As a part of the Walmart Merchandising Transformation organization, you will deliver solutions that directly impact the company's ability to service our customers.   What you'll do...

  Lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers and obstacles that impact performanceDevelop, prioritize, and execute key merchandising strategies and communication platforms, including managing cross-functional initiatives, developing merchandising programs, and translating merchandise strategies for assigned departments into executable programs for store operationsManage merchandising projects by building project plans, assigning projects and tasks, scheduling projects, determining project scope, developing scorecards and metrics, overseeing projects from start to completion, and ensuring projects are completed in accordance with agreed-upon timelinesDrive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly within the merchandising operationsEnsure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events

  You have experience with item/product data managementYou have experience in merchandising and/or retail operationsYou have strong strategic planning skillsYou have excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilitiesYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
