JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location Preference: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid) Scope ofleadership role Reporting to the Senior HR Director for the IndustrialComponents Division, the Senior Manager, Human Resources is a hands-onrole that is responsible for defining, developing, and implementingstrategic HR initiatives to influence the function\'s effectiveness.This position will provide HR leadership for locations in the US andCanada, including WI, NY, PA, KY, IL, and Ontario, Canada. The positionwill also support various projects and initiatives across the divisionas needed. The Senior Manager, Human Resources also serves as a keypartner to the leadership teams, responsible for providing insights,guidance, direction and expertise that supports the development of HRinitiatives and priorities at the plant level, and provides leadershipin the effective implementation and desired outcomes/KPIs for theirfunctions. This individual is responsible for leveraging theirexperience to manage and execute talent acquisition, workforce planning,management development, talent and performance management, associateengagement, workforce diversity and inclusion along with developing andimplementing labor strategies at the plant level to help drive talentacquisition, retention, and productivity. They are also responsible forproviding indirect oversight and functional leadership to site-based HRassociates. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning Drives Regal Rexnordvalues and creates a culture of integrity, responsibility, diversity &inclusion, customer success, innovation with purpose, continuousimprovement, performance and a passion to win, all with a sense ofurgency. Conducts workforce planning based on the individual businessunit\'s strategy and leverages data and analytics to identifypriorities. Assesses needs and draws connections across the businessesand operations; identifies implications from a talent, structure andskills requirements. Develops organizational design and restructuringplans to optimize resource allocation. Talent Management/LeadershipDevelopment/Diversity & Inclusion Develops and leads talent managementinitiatives to establish a robust pipeline of diverse leadership talent.Leverages talent across the business to identify opportunities fordeveloping leadership talent at the sites, and across the region andglobal function Key partner in facilitating the development andexecution of experience-based development plans for high potentials;ensures meaningful exposure to the business unit leadership team.Manages the talent review and succession planning process; providesexpertise and guidance to the function\'s leadership and HR teams.Actively leads and participates in the talent acquisition of keyfunctional positions.
