   Senior Manager, Walmart Services- Financial Services

  Want to use your expertise as a business leader to help shape the future of consumer financial services at one of the largest non-bank consumer financial service businesses in the World? Together with its partners, the team maintains a relentless focus on innovation and financial inclusion with the goal of helping the tens of millions of customers it serves to "Save Money.   As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex P&Ls, achieving business goals, and driving growth and innovation. You will craft financial services business strategies, develop customer value propositions, partner with key internal and external stakeholders, execute on important cross-functional initiatives across the portfolio. You will be a key leader on one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world.

You have a track record of coming up with inventive & sustainable solutions for complex problems and achieving meaningful outcomes within the financial services industry. You showcase an ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and lead the team through multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. You have shown an ability to build relationships and influence without authority, aligning stakeholders with competing priorities. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate at the necessary level of detail depending on the audience, including executives. You are structured in your thought process and can break down large problems into smaller simpler problems. You are someone who can execute, with strong discipline and organization skills; someone who gets things done. You have strong analytical skills to interpret insights coming from various initiatives and have a mindset for continuous learning and improvement. You are stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

  You'll make an impact by:

  Achieving goals and results - Set and communicate clear and aligned goals for your business lines while sustaining an environment of the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and ethics. Leading strategic growth projects - Incubate, launch, test, and scale high impact strategic projects that drive growth for the Financial Services business. Improving the customer experience - Anticipate issues and drive key opportunities to improve existing Financial Services customer experiences and operations. Strengthening the strategy - Equip yourself with latest industry knowledge and insights and translate them to help build and communicate clear and compelling strategies. Building cross-functional relationships - Build and sustain relationships with key internal and external partners to accelerate alignment and support on key initiatives and objectives. Deliver results - Achieve customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines and set & achieve annual operating performance objectives. Seeking opportunities - Proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of customer services and experiences.

  Minimum Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years of experience in consumer financial services, bill payment, money orders, product management, marketing management, customer relationship management, retail operations, or related area. 5 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.

  Preferred Qualifications / Other:

  Marketing management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services MBA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
