What You'll Do for Us :
Leading the strategy and execution Passion Point Marketing for our Brand portfolio in Europe. The role is critical to position our brands within culture and zeitgeist. The candidate will contribute significantly to the global Marketing Transformation by creating live, digital and retail experiences for Coca-Cola' brand portfolio. By tapping into Consumers' passions the role will build relevance for our brands, recruit new drinkers and foster drinking occasions.
In detail this position will:
Lead the strategy on various Passion point topics (E.g. Entertainment, Fashion, Lifestyle space, Sports etc.) for our business in Europe in close collaboration with global EPICS team, the EU Brand Category teams and Frontline Activation teams.
Provide thought-leadership and strong recommendations to OU (operating unit) Leadership and wider marketing team on key passion points and partnership opportunities to support our business.
Identify, source, and manage partnerships in key passion point industries in partnership withProcurement, Finance and Legal teams following business and brand objectives
Active voice in global EPICS community, aligning global strategies and programs with EUOU needs and opportunities.
Lead EU and global charter developments from an EPICS perspective & localize global charters for European markets
Work closely with other functions in Marketing, PACS and Licensing to fully integrate the passion points and partnerships into brand E2E experience loop and drive the (digital) marketing transformation
Set and track OKRs in line with business objectives, oversee the investment asset strategy and amplification ratio for the given passion points
Qualifications & Requirements: * *
Preference for individuals with experience in developing Passion Point strategies, partnership management and executing entertainment projects on the agency/media side or at global brands.
Expertise/background in fashion / entertainment industry, with strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in managing / negotiation talents/celebrities

Skilled in progress over perfection mentality, making progress to deliver in spite of uncertainty
High ability of implementing complex brand experience projects from end-to-end and managing critical external stakeholder: rights holder, artists & celebrities, entertainment companies, specialist agencies, event organizers etc.
Ability to lead both large project teams and work autonomously as a subject matter expert
Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external global stakeholders
Strong navigating and communication skills: Role will require frequent exchange with Marketing leaders, broader marketing teams, Global EPICS leader, and counter partner in other Operating Units.
Experience with marketing transformation, change management and driving marketing in the digital age to create experience-led consumer experiences in digital, live and retail environments
