  Position: Senior Relationship Manager depositary Services

  Location: Intertrust, Luxembourg

  Hybrid, 40H/week

  We're hiring a Senior Manager Depositary Services for our Intertrust Luxemburgish offices.

  Some of the things you'll be doing:

  Management & Quality

  Foster and support the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Depositary business in Intertrust Secure timely completion of all duties, including at outsourcing dept. and compliance with procedures Manage continuous improvements and development of the depositary services and ensure that processes are adapted to the regulatory framework Ensure proper review of annual controls of the fund's set up, documentation and risk level, including due diligence on AIFMs and service providers Be an active driver on the cooperation and collaboration with internal and teams Act as a people manager, being organizationally and personally sensitive Organize training and development of personnel within the teamBusiness

  General client relationship management - ensure that we stay on top of client needs and maintain a high level of client satisfaction Perform and supervise client on-boarding process: Intertrust generic on-boarding process Depositary set-up, ensure that we agree proper operating processes and information flows for new clients to ensure a smooth and efficient control process. Reporting to clients - ensure preparation of regular reporting to the boards of the funds/AIFM, reporting the results of our controls and any outstanding documents/information Support the Head of Depositary and Business Development with calls and discussions with prospects as a Subject Matter Expert to win Depository business

  What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  Obtained university or professional studies in Law, Economics, Business Administration or has an equivalent level gained through relevant professional experience and continuous professional learning Has knowledge of investment funds and national as well as EU regulations governing the activities of alternative investment funds Gained team management expertise and has excellent organizational and communication skills as well as solid interpersonal skills Is diligent with high level of integrity Is fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, additional languages may be an advantage Minimum 5 years' experience in Depositary Services (Alternatives) in a manager role.
