　　As the Senior Manager, you will spearhead and cultivate frontloading innovation, playing a pivotal role in translating ideas into products and solutions during the early stages of innovation activities within our Domestic Building ServicesDivision.

　　Your primary responsibilities include leading and contributing to the development of the Frontloading Innovation Process in Domestic Building Servicesand ensuring innovation with a clear focus on delivering novel solutions for our homes of the future.

　　Your main responsibilities

　　As theFrontloadingInnovation Senior Manager your critical responsibilities include documenting and developing processes, leading, and testing new ideas and concepts with customers and communicating key learnings across divisions.

　　You will lead the DBS Frontloading Innovation Teamour ideation and idea validation process, oversee recruitment and retention, and be responsible for training, process ownership, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will validate new ideas through direct interaction with customers, document learnings, and represent Grundfos Domestic Building Services in relevant external forums.

　　Your Background

　　As the DBS Frontloading Innovation Senior Manager, success in this role hinges on your adeptness at navigating change, effective leadership and supervision, and the ability to forge connections across diverse backgrounds.

　　We imagine that you also may have:

　　A higher education in commerce, innovationor technology is preferred.

　　Anentrepreneurial mindset.

　　Adeep understanding of both applications and customer needs.

　　Pproficiency in networking is crucial, and an affinity for AI and NLP would be advantageous.
