  This role will report into one of our Corporate Hubs. If you are near to one of the following Corporate Hubs, you must work in the office 2 or more days a week: Woonsocket RI, Hartford CT, Scottsdale AZ, Chicago IL, or Dallas TX. Open to remote for candidates in other locations.

  Position Summary

  CVS Health is looking for a Senior Manager to support enterprise projects and help develop strategic financial recommendations across a matrix of stakeholders. The Enterprise Economics team is tasked with developing and executing on our initiatives to optimize enterprise profitability across CVS Health and its various business units.

  The Senior Manager will support critical projects to solve enterprise financial and operational challenges, as well as model and analyze potential strategic opportunities that drive results across the enterprise business segments of HCB, HCD, PSS, and PCW/Retail. A core responsibility will be leading the financial evaluation of synergies and value creation initiatives, as well as involvement with the Signify Health integration and other potential M&A or joint venture opportunities in the future.

  The Senior Manager will perform complex, comprehensive, and accurate financial analysis of strategic initiatives, with advanced actuarial analysis when necessary, and provide recommendations that are well thought out and defendable to influence the overall strategic direction for the enterprise. This role will be heavily focused on working in cross-functional and cross-segment teams with representatives of varying levels, up to and including members of the ELT, to convert advanced data and analytics into actionable business insight.

  The Senior Manager will lead the technical day-to-day processes required to develop, implement, and manage multiple enterprise initiatives, serving as the second-in-command to the Lead Director who directs and drives this work from a strategic perspective. The Senior Manager will be a subject matter expert while supporting the Lead Director in overall alignment, coordination and consistency in processes, analyses, stakeholder communication, and execution of overall deliverables.

  This role also includes collaborating on business initiatives, recognizing and anticipating matters that will materially impact financial outcomes, providing sound risk management advice, and communicating all the above effectively to a variety of audiences.

  Required - Bachelor's Degree

  Preferred - ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) or FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries)

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,200.00 - $170,800.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
