We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to work alongside our leadership teams to establish and drive HR programs/talent initiatives while ensuring they align with a company's business objectives. This role offers a hybrid work schedule!

　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　· Build partnerships across the organizations to ensure efficient and effective implementation of HR programs

　　· Ensure talent engagement and retention through success planning, learning and development and fostering a culture of Diversity Equity and Inclusion

　　· Utilize data and market insight for improved decision-making.

　　· Be a change leader and address ineffective processes.

　　ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

　　· Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

　　· 7+ years of relevant work experience such as HR Manager or HR Business Partner

　　· Must have experience with the Financial or Banking industry

　　· Successful experience as an HR leader with experience within talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational

　　development

　　· Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　· Excellent written and oral communication skills

　　· Must have excellent computer skills including MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Workday
