What You'll Do

　　You'll be joining our Cisco Silicon One architecture team, which is at the center of the silicon development at Cisco.

　　Our architects deal with all system and chip development aspects and deliver detailed specifications to other development team. As an architect you’ll be required to present the features to internal and external customers.

　　We use the latest silicon technologies and processes to build largest scale and most complex devices at the edge of feasibility.

　　You'll be part of our group driving our game changing next generation network devices - Cisco Silicon One™.

　　Our unique and small team works in a startup atmosphere inside a stable and leading corporate.

　　Our design center is very unique - hosting all silicon HW and SW development disciplines inside one site.

　　We are transforming the industry and building a new internet for AI networks, and 5G era, providing a unified, programmable silicon architecture that is the foundation of all Cisco's future routing products.

　　Who You Are

　　Electrical engineer with 10 years’ experience

　　Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.

　　*Silicon Experience: Demonstrated experience in silicon development.

　　*Standards Familiarity: Familiarity with industry standards, e.g., IEEE802.3, IEEE802.1, IEEE1588.

　　*Security Expertise: Proficiency in security protocols such as MACSec and IPSec.

　　*Quick Learning Ability: Ability to rapidly grasp new concepts and technologies.

　　*Presentation Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts.

　　*Document Writing Proficiency: Strong writing skills for creating technical documentation.

　　*Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate within a team and contribute to collective goals.

　　*Initiative and Leadership: Capability to drive projects and initiatives independently, without the need for managerial authority.

　　*Versatility: Adaptable to diverse tasks and responsibilities within the hardware architecture domain.

　　*Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of hardware designs.
