Title: Senior Fund Accountant

Location: Palo Alto, CA (hybrid)

Salary: $100-$125k (Negotiable) + Bonus + Phantom Carry

With over decades of experience, it specializes in investments across pivotal sectors including fintech, enterprise, and digital assets. Key Responsibilities:

Record and track investments and investor fund allocations.

Perform quarterly close, prepare quarterly and annual fund and management company financial statements.

Assist in the preparation of the audited annual reports and coordinate with external auditors.

Assist with accounting and tax work for fund investments and review accounting entries.

Assess capital needs and monitor cash balances and fulfill a variety of ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a Master’s Degree being a plus.

At least 4 years of experience in public accounting, private accounting, or fund administrative services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general accounting software packages with Efront and Investment Café experience being a plus.

Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete projects on a timely basis.
