　　About the Team

　　Implementing a new HCM or Financials system is a significant transition for any company. At Workday, we realize that testing plays a significant role in ensuring the deployment's success leading to an exceptional customer experience. Our Workday's Testing Services team supports the testing workstream in our deployments across all industries and sizes and helps our customers meet their transformation objectives.

　　About the Role

　　The Senior Engagement Manager, Testing Services will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology. They will lead/manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially enhance the Workday Deployment Methodology.

　　About You

　　Basic Qualifications (Must Haves): Senior Financials Engagement Manager, Testing Services

　　5-8 years of project management experience leading Workday Financials deployments.

　　5 years of consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.

　　3-5 years of project management experience leading Workday Financials deployments.

　　A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.

　　Other Qualifications

　　Proven experience in Healthcare, Government, Higher Ed, or other Commercial industries is strongly preferred.

　　Solid background in Unit and End-to-End testing cycles in Workday's deployment methodology.

　　Understanding of technical design documents, configurations, integrations and data conversion

　　Previous background in consulting with prior experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet etc.

　　Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with proficiency in partnering with various internal teams and customers

　　Ability to work across different Workday SKU's

　　Resourceful and adaptable; you'll be comfortable working in a new role, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy

　　Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

　　Note: We are working in a hybrid model (50% remote and 50% in-office / at customer). The role will ideally be based in one of the following Workday office locations: Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Boulder, CO Austin, TX, Frisco TX, Berwyn, PA or Salt Lake City, UT. Other Workday offices will be considered.

　　The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional location are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. 　　Primary Location Base Pay Range: $118,900 USD - $178,400 USD

　　Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $107,600 USD - $189,500 USD
