　　An opportunity exists to support this dynamic organization as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst assisting the Parks Supply Chain division within the Disney Parks, Experiences and Product Segment supporting the new warehouse system implementation. 　　What You Will Do

　　Support financial systems processes, enhancements, and sustainment activities. Support Segment-specific project/efforts related to finance systems. This role’s key focus will be to support the implementation of the Parks Supply Chain warehouse management system, along with the business strategy, governance, and end users.

　　You will provide daily support to the end user community, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and develop training/communication materials. You will also participate in the design, evaluation, testing and implementation of the warehouse management system, defect and issue resolution and other system changes all while ensuring policies and standards are followed for the Enterprise and Segment.

　　Required Qualifications & Skills

　　5+ years work experience with financial or accounting teams working for a large company

　　3+ years in financial systems and business processes, including experience with T-accounts, reconciliations, and process flows

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to succinctly convey relevant information across multiple levels of the organization that develops relationship building and collaboration

　　Excellent organization and time management skills to enable work in a dynamic environment

　　Ability to work independently under moderate direction and supervision on assigned priorities and projects

　　Understands business processes and is able to develop and assist in the implementation of business process and/or technology solutions

　　Deliver training to end users virtually, in person, and/or in pre-recorded videos

　　Strong analytical and system design skills, problem recognition, problem solving and a track record of seeing tasks through to successful completion while providing a positive experience for customers

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience using SAP or other large ERP system

　　Experience implementing financial processes and systems along with developing the associated end user training

　　Experience using systems to manage issues, changes, and testing (e.g. Service Now, Confluence, ALM)

　　Warehouse management system experience

　　Education

　　Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldAdditional Information
