　　The Headlines

　　In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance Ontario/West working in Etobicoke, ON you will be part of the Canada Commercial Finance team. This role provides finance support to Commercial Business Partners & the Commercial Finance team for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Canadian business.

　　This position reports to the Director Commercial Finance West and Partnerships - and works closely with the Canadian commercial west team, Finance, and other leadership partners, as well as the Global Business Services groups.

　　The Responsibilities:

　　Perform month-end close activities, including but not limited to, journal entries, accruals, consolidation, financial reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting.

　　Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls in preparing accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting for use by Finance and our Commercial Business Partners.

　　Work with business partners to develop and consolidate monthly forecasting and annual budgets.

　　Demonstrates the initiative to drive change and influence others in support of the organization’s goals and objectives.

　　Use financial analytics to develop insights and recommendations to help drive business results.

　　Educate commercial team on financial acumen, local finance policies and procedures.

　　Review, evaluate, and prioritize tasks/project assignments and communicate key issues to management.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　The Other Qualifications:

　　You have a CPA (or equivalent) designation or in the process of attaining CPA (or equivalent) designation.

　　You have at least 3+ years of financial analyst experience.

　　You have strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP)

　　You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

　　You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business.
