Senior Financial Analyst, Asia Pacific

Description
Within our Regional Finance team, you will support the planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting process. You will be one of the key point of contact for Online and Finance teams in the Asia Pacific Region, and support with consolidation, analysis and interpretation on financial results.
What You Will Achieve
Interpret financial data, project financials, variance analyses, and key business drivers to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Enable business growth & operational improvements by providing relevant analysis and actionable insights for robust decision-making across all dimension of the Online business
Execute the financial planning on monthly estimate (LE), yearly Long Range Plan (LRP) and annual budget process with APAC Affiliates and Regional office
Prepare financial analysis and adhoc reporting, as well as presentation decks
Streamline and automate financial reporting process
Participate in financial accounting activities for the regional office
Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions. Work effectively on multiple assignments, activities or projects
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to identify critical concerns and priorities
Experience in generating insights from large amounts of data and creating Powerpoint presentations
Strong English communication skills and comfortable in presenting to senior management
Ability to multitask and enjoys working in a fast-paced organization
