　　Momnt is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics.

　　We need someone who is consistently delivering results that meet or exceed expectations to assist with managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies. You will work through our financial landscape through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. 

　　Location: MUST BE Local to Atlanta, GA. The team reports to the Sandy Springs, GA headquarters 3 times a week for collaboration meetings.

　　As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to set financial targets and forecastsBuild complex financial models to assess the impact of various business strategies and scenarios on the company's financial performanceLead the preparation of presentation materials for the board, investors, and managementOperate as a finance business partner to various stakeholders and members of the leadership teamGenerate monthly reports using data from various sources and formatsDesign, develop and monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and present drivers of large varianceDive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert in providing insightsAssess financial performance against target, including risks and opportunities to the planDevelop new processes when necessary and identify process improvement opportunitiesPerforms financial and ad-hoc analysis as requestedPerforms other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification

　　You'd be a great fit if:5+ years of progressive finance experience in an analytical roleBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data AnalyticsAdvanced Excel skills (VBA, Pivot tables, Xlookup, Index, Offset, Indirect, Date/Time Series functions)Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)MS Office 365 experience Experience with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides toolsStrong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skillsHighly inquisitiveFinancial reporting and analysis experienceExperience with full three statement (Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) modeling
