　　Position Summary

　　Xylem is looking for a Senior Field Service technician/CDL driver to service our customers in the La Mirada, CA surrounding areas. Class A CDL is required for this position.

　　What your day will look like as a Field Service Technician

　　The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining our water treatment equipment at various customer sites in the La Mirada area. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, various pumps, valves, motors, and filters. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.

　　This position has general day shift hours Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities.

　　Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization

　　Anticipates and corrects safety issues both company and customer owned equipment

　　May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers

　　Position Requirements

　　FORMAL EDUCATION:

　　Required:

　　HS diploma or equivalent

　　Industry specific licenses preferred

　　KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

　　Required:

　　Ability to obtain TWIC card

　　Ability to coach and train entry-level technicians

　　2-5 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience

　　Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices

　　Must have customer service experience

　　Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability

　　Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen

　　Must possess valid class A CDL
