Support the on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex fire alarm / security equipment and systems. You typically work under direct supervision and may work without supervision. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies in customer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions. You will identify, escalate, and explore opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will support the training of the customer on proper usage for complex systems.
The salary for this position is ($58,100.00 - $87,200.00). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
Experience in electrical, fire alarm, security, communications, low voltage or instrumentation controls
NICET Fire Alarm Level 1 Certification
WE VALUE

Programming of Fire Alarm / Access Control / Security Systems
Previous industry experience
Previous technical/installation experience
Previous customer service experience
Good written and oral communication
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to pass a government background check
Can successfully obtain a security clearance
