Proactive maintenance of calendars. Prepare, compose, and typeletters/memos/emails, graphs, charts, studies, presentations,miscellaneous reports, and research for assigned leader. Prepare anddistribute meeting agendas and materials and attend meetings and takeminutes as assigned. Transcribe minutes with appropriate follow-up onaction items. Screen and direct telephone calls, mail, and email to theappropriate person within the organization. Obtain appropriatesignatures as needed and requested on documents/contracts/agreements.Make purchase orders as needed, reconcile company credit card, allocatepurchases to appropriate budget cost centers, create expense reports andhelp others troubleshoot fiscal processes.
