Day in the Life of a Senior DevOps Engineer

　　You will work as part of an international, diverse, cross-functional, and autonomous team capable of handling the full life cycle of their product and services. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on in developing multitenant SaaS applications using the latest technologies as well as provide subject-matter expertise and mentorship to other team members.

　　Responsibilities

　　Own the cloud infrastructure and resources with attention to cost and resilience.

　　Lead initiatives to improve the monitoring and observability of platform, products, and cost.

　　On-call support for incident management and disaster recovery.

　　Lead the implementation and adoption of automation solutions for build, test, and deployment.

　　Partner with the Engineering teams to improve our continuous integration and testing system.

　　Lead initiatives and improvements to the tools and in-house frameworks.

　　Your Team

　　Experience

　　Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.

　　7+ years of experience in a DevOps role

　　Proficient in managing infrastructure with cloud providers, preferably AWS.

　　Proficient with declarative infrastructure, configuration, and continuous delivery as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

　　Proficient in Windows administration.

　　Experience evangelizing DevOps' best practices to Engineering teams.

　　Experience in designing systems for High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance, Efficiency, and Security.

　　Experience programming in a programming language like Python or shell.

　　Proficient in Continuous integration and delivery best practices.
