Position Description

　　Serco is looking for motivated Software Developers to join ourAir Force Depot Maintenance Accounting and Production System.This individual will use their skills and expertise to maintain the web based Time and Attendance System used at Air Force Logistics Complexes. You will be part of a team comprised of government personnel and contractors that work closely with DISA and other programs to provide quality support and sustainment. Our team has been recognized by the US Air Force as providing top quality services in support of the customers.

　　This position is 100% remote.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Work collaboratively on Agile teams and can complete user stories independently with minimal oversight and guidance.

　　Develop and manage development tasks using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

　　Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contributes to acceptance/functional testing duties and part of incremental feature development.

　　Adhere to, promote, and maintain development and testing standards and best practices

　　Assist development/test teams in activities with acceptance testing, load testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as required.

　　Communicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to backlog owners and stakeholders.

　　Qualifications

　　To be successful in this role, you will have:

　　US Citizenship

　　High School Diploma/GED

　　8 years of experience

　　The ability to obtain a NACI Clearance

　　Experience with:

　　Java/Javascript

　　Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE, SCRUM@SCALE)

　　Atlassian Tools

　　Oracle PL/SQL

　　Tomcat

　　Maven

　　The ability to travel up to 10%

　　Additional desired experience and skills:

　　Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field

　　CISSP, CASP, or CSSLP

　　Familiarity with Checkmarx and SonarQube/SonarLint

　　Linux
